No, you don't need to be home. However, you must ensure our technician can safely access your yard. Gates must be unlocked (or access codes provided), and dogs must be kept secured inside the home during our service hours. If our technician is blocked by a locked gate, loose dog, or aggressive animal, you will still be billed in full for the visit.

Most new customers are scheduled within 24 hours of signing up.

Never. We do not lock you into long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel service at any time, but we require at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid being billed for that visit. New client cleanups cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

We do a thorough sweep of your entire yard — lawn, rocks, gravel, side areas — and bag all waste. For Spotless Essential, waste is placed in your trash can. For Spotless Signature and Supreme, we haul all waste off-site and apply a sanitizing deodorizer every visit.

We bag it, seal it, and place it in your trash can on your property. Nothing is left behind.

Text us within 24 hours of your visit and we'll return for a 100% free re-sweep under our No Pile Left Behind Guarantee. Note that this guarantee requires your grass to be kept mowed to a reasonable height and the yard kept clear of excessive leaves, tall weeds, or standing water so waste is visible to the technician.

We work through normal rain, but dangerous weather (extreme heat, flooding, heavy storms) may force us to reschedule. If weather forces us to skip your visit and waste accumulates for two weeks, your next scheduled visit will be billed at double the standard weekly rate to cover the double accumulation.

We focus on dog waste, but if there's other pet waste in the yard, we'll take care of it during our visit.

All three plans include full weekly service with text notifications, completion photos, and gate locks. Spotless Essential is our standard tier where waste is placed in your trash can. Spotless Signature adds off-property waste haul-away and enzyme deodorizing. Spotless Supreme is our white-glove tier, adding our Yard Defense Suite, priority support, and the Habit-Breaker Guarantee.

We bill recurringly on autopay via debit or credit card, processed on the last week of the prior month or on the day of service. If a payment fails, a late fee of $2.00 per day begins accruing immediately, and service is paused if payment is not received within 7 days. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable and applied as account credits for future service.

Absolutely. You can skip a visit or pause service at any time with at least 24 hours' notice. If you skip a week and waste accumulates, the next service is charged at double the standard weekly rate. Pauses longer than 4 consecutive weeks may require a cleanup assessment and cleanup fee upon restarting.

Please notify us of changes in dog counts. Visiting dogs staying longer than 48 hours are billed the standard per-dog weekly fee. Unreported permanent dogs are subject to a $10.00 fee per dog, plus the standard per-dog weekly fee going forward.
